Our Services. Desert Decks Pools and Acrylics delivers Custom Swimming Pools, Inground Pools, Pool Feature Installation, Pool Design, Pool Renovation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

No Warranties. Desert Decks Pools and Acrylics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Desert Decks Pools and Acrylics's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Desert Decks Pools and Acrylics from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AZ law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AZ for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
